Thanks, Don, but I didn't want to have to twist the seat around and loosen
the 4 screws. I do have that pigtail, but would like to install it
permanently and immediately accessible without tools etc. I would also
like to keep it out of sight as much as possible, hence my question about
the best location where to drill a 3/4" hole for the pigtail.
