I'd ask Go Westie what they would suggest. You may have warranty issues with their motor now, after admitting that problem... For no related reason:. The inline digifant VW motor's seem to have interchangeable computers. I got a spare about 5yrs ago for $30 used, never had to use it yet...Though I did run it for a few weeks to make sure it was good...Came from an Audi, I recall..Maybe one would work in your WBX motor.
