I have installed quite a few of them under the van. Sorry, but I never took any photos of the installation. I put them in the right rear corner to the rear of the sliding door and under the rear storage area in the corner where the outside rocker and the crossmember meet. The hot air out and return tubes do go into the under seat storage and are vented to the front of that compartment. If the rear heater is still installed then I run the heat out tube to the side of the plastic vent for that heater so then I only use one of the Propex vents for the return air. Yes, the tubes will take up some space under the rear seat and yes, they need to be protected from being damaged. But, it’s a lot less intrusive than installing a Propex under the rear seat. The very best Propex installation that uses up the least amount of interior space is documented on my Propex web here: <https://www.frankcondelli.com/staging1/store/index.php?route=product/product&path=134&product_id=64>
