Chris Corkins, IIRC, removed the ICV and plugged the throttle bypass.
Made it sound like he was happy with that as a permanent solution.
And no doubt he has the AFM, TB, TBS, TSII and O2 sensor perfectly
dialed in, and the intake air-tight.
