How funny. I just learned that I need to replace this, and hadn't had time to look into it. the previous owner cut it up, and now there's no way to have instrument panel lights.... (& Everything flickers, and comes on and off at it's own leisure, which is a little troubling and inconvenient) Thanks for sharing.
