Have you tried VanAlert app yet? (All one word) Abel Longoria, writer/owner of the app helped me in Houston, TX. I am sure there are folks in Bakersfield that can help. If you were in Oregon, I could help, as I have a good used starter off one of my parts van! Good luck, and let us know how it all worked out!
