Hi guys.

I bought a new propane tank for my vanagon and the instruction said that its unlikely that I have to cut the pipe. Well, turns out that I kink the pipe trying to adjust it to the new tank ! :-[

Any way , as a stupid person paying my craving DIY mistakes , I need to rebuild the propane 3/8" copper tubing .

I know its type K for sure but I don't know if the original tubing is soft or hard ?

To me , it is hard but online search said that you can't bend hard copper . Is that the case ?

What if I use a tubing bender on hard tubing. Should I buy soft tubing ?

Any input (of expert ) will be appreciate.

Thanks

Chris
