Brand new, cover still has original Bosch silicone adhesive holding it shut? In intrinsic value I'd guess it to be good for a 50% premium over a rebuilt one. I would not expect any components to have deteriorated. If the cover has been off then it's a total unknown, could be perfect or completely misadjusted. But in that case it would also be far from new.
