#2,3,4, you did good. #5, the intention was to jumper the main battery connection to the 50 terminal, which has the same effect as #2 if the alternator B+ cable is in good shape. The 16 terminal and the circled terminal (if it is one) on your Bentley image are a distraction, disregard. Yrs, d
