Subject:      HTML and MIME settings?

I've been getting email from the list in MIME format, which is a pain to
read, so I've tried setting NOMIME, which seems to turn off HTML. It
seems that it will only allow HTML and MIME together. How do I get HTML
mail so I can see the images that are being sent?
