Hi all,
I have some good, not so good news about Scott. I tried calling him this
morning and he just now phoned back. It was difficult to understand his
words a lot because his voice is weak, but what I got was that five months
ago he fell off his high deck and broke a lot of bones, a horrific accident.
I'm not sure how far he fell but he says he would be dead had a friend not
called on him. He's apparently been though serious surgeries and healing,
has been in the hospital the whole time. He's beginning rehab there soon but
expects to be in the hospital at least another six weeks. He is in Swedish
Medical Center in Englewood, CO, and is accepting visitors. I plan to stop
and visit on my upcoming roadtrip. Sad news but I'm happy he was saved.
