1. Go westy offers an appraisal 2. There are others who do the same thing - offer written appraisals- 3. Do not lie to insurance co just to get reduced rates - 4. Get insurance co to write policy on agreed values as stated by appraisal

Shop around - and around - The guy who is selling you insurance may not actually be the underwriter - Ask that question --

Caution - do not buy policy written for stated value - on stated value you pay premiums for what you said -- they pay out on what they say
