        Ken, we have these Stainless Steel fuel pump mounts from Gunzl in Germany.  Do you not order parts from them ?  The other parts I cannot help you with.  VW Classic parts says they will not re-make the washer bottle, so that’s up to somebody else with deep pockets to undertake.  The metal plate you will have to fabricate, it’s the only way unless you find a good used one somewhere.
