        Amazing how I need to read posts more then once to get all the info!

        Got it. 

I’ll get the pump and parts and be ready to take this on soon.

I’m confident with he info shared here, and maybe a few tips as I get into this, I’ll be able to make this repair.

I already told you. :)  On the side of the tank there's a cylindrical indentation and the pump is slid down into it, with a nipple plunging through a rubber gasket at the bottom.
