I guess I am late to this party, but I didn't really know what you guys were talking about originally. I have a supplier that is making the part you are referencing as an aftermarket part. The part number is 251971840 and it has two round grommets formed onto the ends of the rubber tubes. I have a couple of these prototype grommets here from him as samples. It is strange because all of the pictures I can find of these tubes, match exactly the prototypes I have, however when I went to put it up against a van to check it, it seemed like the end with the 90 degree bend should be facing the other way. I don't have any good used NOS ones here to compare it to so I sent him some pictures and he was trying to get an NOS one as a sample. If anyone wanted one of these samples, I could send it to you free of charge. However I need to have as much feedback as possible in the form of pictures, videos, descriptions of how the install went and also how it is performing over time once installed. If you are interested please let me know. I only have two so don't be disappointed if I say they are already gone.
