Yup. That's it. She's an 83.5 1.9 liter and I've noticed that when I start her up she idles low and rumbles like I assume it should. But if I've been driving I notice it is high and smooth when I stop at lights. I've tried to tap the gas pedal to see if it would drop down but it doesn't. Last week I pulled up to a particularly long stoplight so I shut her down, waited about 20 seconds, and started her back up. Idle was low again. Any ideas for simple things I can check? I'm no mechanic but I've wondered if their is a vacuum issue. But what do I know? Thanks for your suggestions. I won't be able to work any of them yet due to my left bicep tendon surgery a week ago. Just thinking ahead and giving myself some time to look up some of what y'all are talking about in my Bentley :D Thanks friends! Roman Sent from someone's plumbing |
