Hi Dan, I Have something similar happen when I park my Scirocco with dual flexalite fans. What I guess happens is that as the car is running there is enough cooling potential running trough the radiator, but when I park it and its not moving then the switch triggers the fans to come on and cool the liquid in the radiator. I always tought this to be normal. Others may have a ore scientific explanation. T.
