Steve,

Flow through the heater hoses should be more than adequate, are you sure the control valve in your system is adjusted properly? Is the restrictor to the rear heater still installed? Or is the heater core in the A/C system too small? I've not heard this complaint before, but that's likely because the people I've talked to all live in hot climates that probably don't use the heater much.

This system works well. I installed it, not the smallcar kit, but getting parts directly from vintage air. Two caveats: there is no outside air for this unit and the flow to the heater core is low, I had to add a booster pump. Steve
