Best to remove the intake pipes from the head. If you have A/C and your leaking hose is on the left side, it's a bit more work because you need to remove the compressor. Just unbolt it and move it out of the way. Van Café has the hoses: http://www.van-cafe.com/page_423_577/intake-manifold-hose-p423 Replace them all if you want to do this right and the intake manifold gaskets too: http://www.van-cafe.com/page_425_135/intake-manifold-gasket-p425 Or, if yours are good, you can re-use them, but I'd spray new or used with Copper Coat or similar sealant.

I have a set of those hoses I'll never use, $20 + $6.25 postage in the US. Pmail me if you want them.

I was doing my before trip inspection and It turns out I have a leaking plenum hose. Its one of the 4 braided hose that connects to the sides of the plenum. Is there an easy way to replace these?

Thanks, Bryan
