Some information and long boring reading. While inspection and enforcement is almost nonexistent in many areas for our older vehicles the "rules" are still there. It should be interesting to note that the average age of the auto fleet is around 11.4 years. http://www.automotive-fleet.com/list/tag/ihs-automotive.aspx Here we are using vehicles pushing 30 that not only do we use as hobby vehicles but for daily driving and road trips where we even live in them.
