I noticed when I laid two door cards side by side, an 82 and a 86, the corner curves were different.

And the curves would be hard to measure eve if you said what year of van.

So I suggest you stick on some brown paper to the door and do a pencil rubbing. You'll get the curves and the fastener hole placement.

Use the rubbing as template .
