Wheels bolts from some other cars, maybe. Most Japanese cars use a 12mm 1.5 bolt. Vanagons and newer VW's use 14mm 1.5 bolts or studs. What might be confusing you is the 19mm head on that 12mm bolt. That was used so that you do not have to scramble for another tool to open your clamshell. You can just utilize your lugwrench.
