Having recently done this, I just pulled the spray nozzles out, pulled a bit of tubing out, and left the nozzles attached.  Worked perfectly. After paint, I replaced with the 2-spray nozzle versions that GoWesty sells, and popped them back in with a wee bit of silicone sealant behind the gaskets.

 good way to Not loose the ends of the
 wiper fluid tubes inside the dash,
 after removing the spray nozzles in
 preparation  for a paint job ?
