There are two styles of mud flaps. The South African ones Jim Felder mentioned clip on:  http://www.busdepot.com/6881
 
The German ones need to have holes drilled - http://www.busdepot.com/251898809kit .  Westies already have a hole drilled for one on the driver side front (to protect the propane tank) but not on the other three corners.
