I had an intermittent oil buzzer issue that eventually became more
consistent. It would happen even with a cold engine and seemed to
happen if my van was parked on a L/R angle. Since the engine oil was
resting to one side when I started the van I assumed this was the
cause but it wasn't.
Before the issue started, I'd replaced ~ 1/2 the section of wire from
the high pressure switch to the white 2 pin connector. After the issue
started, I replaced the entire length of brown wire between the high
pressure sensor and white 2 pin connector. The issue has not happened
since then. That wire was quite corroded.
I linked to it in my first reply but gowesty has a good article on the
oil pressure system. Included is reference to the brown wires from
each oil switch. GW sells replacement parts to address that.
