Something I noticed during the week's exchanges.  It's Friday and my Harbrace College Handbook would tell us that the possessive form of a name ending in an S that has the "S" sound (Dennis) gets only an apostrophe while a name ending with an S that has a "Z" sound (Haynes) gets the apostrophe and the terminal S, both demonstrated in the subject line of this email.  Sorry, but when you care about stuff like this there's a lot of misuse out there to drive you crazy. Thank you, Dennis Haynes, for serving as the example for this and for your numerous contributions and willingness to share your vast Vanagon knowledge.  Also, judging by the number, frequency and detailed extent of your posts, when do you have time to do anything else? Stephen
