Too many years ago we moved from MinneSnowta to the Gawd Forsaken State of New Jersey... Not to worry, we got out of there last September, now in the Black Hills SD.

Had a similar issue, frustrated me no end, and Bill at Dune Buggy Supply in Hopkins MN (RIP).

Turned out to be a plugged CAT. I had flooded the engine, CAT reacted to the excess fuel, and plugged up. Engine won't run if the CAT is plugged. Suggest you try disconnecting the CAT at the engine side and try starting again.

Help! I'm dead in the water at a campground in Niagara Falls, Ontario. 87 W= esty won't start. Ran yesterday. Was puttering around in the engine compart= ment, went to start it up and nothing. Fuel pump and injectors working to = the point the engine flooded. Pulled plugs turned engine over and gasoline = blew out. Cleaned the plugs and put them back in.=20

Got power to the coil, but no spark of I ground out the coil wire. Got pow= er to the hall sensor. Tach needle bounces when I try to start. =20

Not sure if this has any bearing, but when I was checking for power to the = I noticed a brown wire with a green stripe, one end attached to the body gr= ound forward of the coil the other is not attached to anything.

Is it the coil, or something else?
