I refurbushed my poptop last summer, here are some photos: http://tinyurl.com/hg44rjk

Thoroughly cleaned,, applied 303 Protectant and finished with a light coat of wax. New seals, decals, and stainless hardware on the luggage rack. Cost about $200, mostly for the OEM German poptop and luggage rack seal. Probably about 30 hours of labor.

I wish I had some before photos, it was pretty ugly, top was black with gunk, van has lived outside under trees the past 3 years.
