Glad you are ok! I had a collision in my 90 Vanagon Westfalia a few years ago, and the front of the van was smashed in. They had to pull out the front to even get the radiator out of the van! Enjoy the eclipse, and good luck on your Van and insurance!

Had a Tahoe bumper ride over mine (his back raised up from hitting vehicle in front of him, I braked hard and dipped down) hard enough to push through to the radiator. Thank God no one hurt. I made it to a truck stop while the lifeblood of my engine slowly peed out. Watched temp gage like a hawk and pretty sure I made it OK. AAA and $160 later the bus in my sister's driveway in Myrtle Beach. > Here's the question. Anyone know of a shop around Myrtle Beach that can replace the radiator? The body work can wait until I get home. Still going to see the eclipse darn it. I got all the gear, and I'm going to use it! Everyone out there be careful. > > Dave B.
