Hi Mark,

        I’ve seen Denis’s hitch on many vans.  Many were carrying bikes but the flexibility for uses seemed great.  He still makes them as I just  saw a new install a few months ago and he posted something recently.

I’ve actually been considering one even though I’m not sure yet what I’ll put there.  I like the protection it adds behind the van for a back up issue or a rear bump.  It is so strong and perfectly placed for the all to common back up into a obstacle. I’d like to look into rear storage or other clever uses.  I’ve even seen people place grills out on these connectors when camped.

I’d like to know what clever things folks use the hitch for.
