Haynes' hitch looks sturdy and sensible. Much more so than the hitch which is bolted to my tow loops. The loops are sturdy in themselves; but I wonder if their welds will fatigue or otherwise give way. I have a 2-position bike rack installed. Does anyone know just how much the tow loops can support?
