Unless using a true long life plug such as a platinum tip and multiple electrodes a good service interval is 15,000 miles.

Problem solved!! Spark plugs were causing my bucking problem at 3200-3400 rpm. I changed the plugs and install new ones from Bus Depot - Bosch Super Plus spark plugs # 7998 WR7/CC+. (Thanks Ron) No more bucking or hiccuping. Plugs I took out had only 22k on them. What a journey. Thanks for all the suggestions which lead me to get at the plugs.

At a complete loss now what to do for the hiccup engine problem.
I did notice today that when I went to start the engine for a test that the starter barely turned over. This the first time this happened Tried 3 times any finally got the usual power to it and it started as usual. New ignition switch, a replacement GOWESTY starter with about 5 k on both.
