Hey, that helps. I used that logic to check the wiring. Result is: back to the initial theory that I have a wire shorting. -when I disconnect the HP sender at speed > 2300rpm, I get a BUZZER. -IE, buzzer is NOT broken. -IE, my challenges are limited to LP sender, and NOT the actual pressure, because I never had the buzzer sound when the light was coming on.

Took the tin off the left side of the engine and found the LP switch insulation is damaged. Cleaned-off the gunk and taped that up for troubleshooting. -marked the tin so that I know where to trim it so I can install a pressure gauge.

Any recommendations as to the pressure gauge? I see that VAN CAFE has a nifty kit: http://www.van-cafe.com/page_15 Anyone have any comments on that?
