With a bad back, being able to change the angle of the seat back works well for me. I got the CGI Outdoor Recliner last year and love it. It folds into a cylinder and comes with a bag, so it takes little space for being a full size chair https://www.gcioutdoor.com/recliners/outdoor-recliner/  Next best thing to a LaFuma recliner, which takes up a lot of space.

Not to be confused with their wilderness recliner, which is much lower to the ground.

Hi folks, 
I hope this is more then a Friday topic.

some of my My most used items in my camping time with my Vanagon are my Bus Depot awning my buese shelf, light weight padio rug for outside the slider door, and my camp shairs. 

I currently use aluminum folding lawn chairs with wood slatts, right out of 1960s or so.  They work ok other then  taking up a lot of room and needing padding for comfort. 
        I’ve not yet found a replacement I like for long term sitting by the van.

I’d like to find comfortable light weight space saving chairs. 

As my birthday and Christmas are coming I could start to drop hints if I knew what to ask for! 

Any suggestions on possible improvements?
