Look to Go Westy. I read on their site one time that they may send you a Syncro speedometer with a 2WD face as it is just a gear. I just looked and they are totally out of anything speedometer related. I am unsure if they still do rebuilds to customers units. You could try Jeremy at Palo Alto Speedometer. He speaks Syncro and may be able to make your Speedo read like a Syncro. 650 323 0243. They have numerous Speedos for me over the years.
