There is no difference between 16" and 14" speedometers.

You can also use a speedo from an 80's era watercooled VW. The closest will say '1548' in the bottom of the face. MPH speedos will say '1600'. 2wd say '850'. Your KPH speedo probably says '1000'. That's the revolutions per mile IIRC.
