Hi all.


re: P. 30.4  30.5 in Bentley, notes for fasteners holding clutch to flywheel.


Why is a spring washer required on the M8 x 18 but not on the shorter
M8 x 16 fastener?


The note is the same for gas and diesel clutches so I doubt its a
misprint, but it almost seems counter intuitive (well, to my
"intuitive" anyways).


Washers have been on my mind lately. (Turns out that the Kennedy 3600
adaptor plate, flywheel do not require washers)
