Hey everybody hoping you can help me out on re-doing my sliding door panel that broke. I have some eighth inch birch plywood cutout have it fitted everything looks good except now I need to drill it for the fasteners. I think I have found some Fasteners at Lowe's that work. Problem is my new panel doesn't exactly line up in the same place as my old panel. So I'm concerned that if I drill out the holes for the Fasteners based on the old panel they aren't going to line up exactly and throw everything off. So my question is do you guys know how I can transfer the true position of the Fastener holes on the sliding door to the back side of the sliding door panel so I have a good gauge of where to drill the holes? Any help is appreciated looking forward to literally buttoning this one up. Thank you Ryan Perry Asheville North Carolina |
