Hey Ryan,

I’m probably not telling you anything you don’t already know. The stock panel holes are oversized and that gives the plastic clips some freedom to align with the deadly placed holes in the door.

If you are using the stock type clips on your new panel there might be enough leeway wit those oversized holes to make your new panel work, if holes are same size and in same position.

If not, then the other way would be to make a paper template. Some brown paper, oversized, and taped to door. Then you can make a rubbing, transferring the hole location and the limits of the depressed area in the door that the panel fits to. Align the rubbing to the new skin and transfer the centres of the holes with a punch, etc etc .
