Just an update. I pulled the throttle body to investigate the throttle
position switch that wasn't clicking when moved off of the idle position.
I adjusted it and reinstalled the TB. The van seems to be running as is
should now, but I've only had a chance to drive it once on a colder morning
since it's not a daily driver. I also got feedback from Gowesty confirming
that my symptoms pointed towards a out of spec TPS. They offered to ship
me a replacement throttle body, but I'd already done the work on the one I
had.
Thanks for the help, everyone.
