I just logged back in after doing an internet search. Ron beat me to it, but Bus Depot offers the hard cover edition for $77.95. Bentley sells it for $119.95 The hard cover features more content than the original paperback and it holds up better.
A search for a used version yielded prices in the $80 - $90 range for the paperback. One joker is asking $195!

        I suspect over time the later book will match my van more and more. 


Plus, a few times I’ve lent out my Bentley to folks at gatherings only to have it returned quickly as they had a younger van with different systems.  It would be good to have a version with all the years.
