The rural area has less to do about it then price and condition. 
That van with that graphic on it is a $1500.00 van,  tops. 
Remove the graphic, add some hubcaps and clean it up and you may get $2500.00. Don't confuse Westy prices with a Personalized  85 passenger van. 
Sorry for the brash reality check, if you don't want to be realistic then I'd start driving it to Florida.
