You could try oven cleaner, sometimes it will take funky paint off. I wouldn't repaint it, that's just going further down the rabbit hole. As I look at the pictures again I see no rear seats either. Cut your losses, put your energy into something else more productive. $1500.00 Best Offer might get the phone ringing. I'd go to an auto parts store or look on Amazon for some cheap wheel covers and take the stickers off of it, and take the unneeded crap out of the inside. A little bit of Elbow grease and common sense goes a long way in selling a car. You don't need to spend money for a detail, just an honest clean with no owner personalization is best.
