These work nice for the inner lights. Due to that hump near the drivers side anything with a fan won't fit. Using these discard the covers and wire connections for the H$ bulbs. One side put the LED in backwards so the clip can fit over the base. Use silicone to seal all of the opening. Performance wise these are the brightest I have found for the H3 without a fan.

So far these seem to be the best overall for the outer lamps. They have three LEDs, 2 facing up at 10 and 2 o'clock and one offset further back facing down. The top two are for the low beam and high beam simply adds the one facing down. Low beam is really great although there is some upper spill over. They do a great job lighting signs and roadside objects. Low beams are so good high beams are disappointing. Reminds me of lighting on 90's era Ford vans. After last Florida trip with these lights there is no going back for me.

Note that these lights use about 1/2 the power of the stock bulbs. Eliminates need for relays and stuff if the wiring and switches are good. However, they still are a bit voltage sensitive so there may still be some benefit to circuit improvement. These have been coming down in price.
