Subcultures like this could be found around the globe.
Take for instance the now extinct "Diablo Rojos" from Panama, where I grew
up and spent my formative years.
Here is a little clip of the crazy that was. Now these buses are memories
that cater to tourist, rather than the main form of mass transit.
