I did the "parallel park" thing a couple of times. Not worth it. Then I did
way to much research and got a bad case of analysis paralysis. I was going
to go with a Harbor Freight set of hydraulics, but I think they have sloppy
quality control over there, and spotty reviews. I looked at the flat
skates, but a lot of people said you have to manually position the metal
wheels and they don't roll well. Found these

were a few things I liked about them. 4-inch urethane wheels roll better
(most cheaper ones are 3-inch metal). You can use it on the wheel, but you
can also use it on the frame (which will allow me to work on brakes and
such). It has locking casters which are nice for keeping it secure. They
stack which makes storage easier. Overall they look pretty rugged.
More money, but as we all know, you get what you pay for.
