Dear Insurance

#1 try using a new type of plain language policy that accepts agreeed value you can see an example of such at Masterpiece Policy by Chubb (Not an endorsement)

#2. I had declared value on my t25 westie California - with no out side appraisals - the gov run insurance tried to play silly buggers and offer me 2-4k$ Market value - I paid 20k +tax They argued that declared Valarie and agreed value are not the same no matter that I paid 3 times the $ in monthly fees from previous market value policy ( lawyer settled that ) with comments also exchanged between gov insurer and the most knowledgable westie guy west of Mississippi

#3 . Monthly or yearly premiums have no place in any discussion unless you have word for word policy that match in every way - Insurance policy has only one place that matters - day of calamity pay out - period

#4. Watch out for sideways stuff that looks good but actually requires you be wearing purple socks on a Tuesday — these are called exclusions and exceptions - riders and optional - ie: you buy road hazard and strike a 2x4 that flattens All four tires - you have to get your auto club to the repair facility but there is a ferry ⛴ between you and repair facility - Insurance fixed all four tires Auto Club handles tow truck Insurance then tells you ferry is your problem cause that is not related to road hazard - would you like to upgrade to road hazard Plus Plus which includes all incidental expenses

See it’s in the words - not the premium s that it counts -

I do Marine Adjustment work and see loads of policy jiggery pokery and wording - some chosen by the seller some chosen by the buyer as a cost cutting measure

Do some wording research at
