I didn't get the original post, but the problem here is that the wiper arm gets reamed out and the nut bottoms out on the shaft and will not pull it down far enough. Go Westy has a fix kit, but the key is just the 7 mm washer, which becomes a shim that allows the arm to be pushed down further. http://www.gowesty.com/product-details.php?v=&id=4373 Not a common size, I went to a specialty fastener shop to find them.
