- price is in the correct range (to me) - I had the A/C rebuilt last year in So Cal ($1500.00 - rebuilt compressor, receiver dryer, pressure switch and other various sensors)

- I am new to the area so Miles @ NoNameGarage may have a recommendation for you

- if yours is a tintop then just remove the driver side rear pillar panel.. if it's a westy or a weekender then remove the rear cabinet..- yes most mechanic will appreciate that you clear their work area and keep the van un-cluttered..
