Actually, I am on board with many of the environmental groups.  It's times like this when there is just a barrage of contribution calls.
Vanagon content.  I finally got around to suiting up and going out into the cold and replacing my backup light switch.  Oh no, no copper crush washer.  I always forget something.  Well, the one there (not original) seems in good shape.  I put the old washer in and am hoping for the best.  Upper control arm bushings also found out in the yearly MA inspection.  Those I had to have done in my local shop.  Just too darn cold to do it outside myself.
